Study/third bedroom with large sofa bed to sleep 2 adults comfortably.  There is also a television in this room, ideal for teenagers/children.  There are also fitted wardrobes and a shower room adjacent.  Sliding doors lead to the covered terrace and garden beyond.   Fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and fridge/freezer, washing machine with built-in tumble dryer.  Stairs lead to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, each with sliding doors leading to individual terraces overlooking the communal gardens. The master bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom and the second bedroom has an en-suite shower room.
