Set in a large (approx. half an acre) private, landscaped garden at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with a larger than average swimming pool and children’s pool, this beautiful six bedroom, five bathroom, luxury villa has been extremely well maintained and managed.  It enjoys air conditioning for summer, heating system and pool heating for cooler months and offers everything possible for a relaxing family holiday.

The very spacious living room has a satellite television (50 inch plasma screen) with surround sound system and the “full” Sky package, video recorder, DVD and CD stereo system.  Two or three steps lead to the pool room which contains a full size pool table.  The very modern dining kitchen contains an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, washing machine and dishwasher.  Also on this level is a cloakroom, three of the bedrooms (twins) and two bathrooms. 

Stairs lead from the living room to the first floor which contains the very spacious master bedroom suite with dressing area and full en-suite bathroom.  Across the landing are two further bedrooms (one double and one twin), each with an en-suite shower room.  

Outside is the beautifully landscaped gardens, a covered terrace with sofas and coffee table and the covered barbecue area which offers seating for twelve and electric lights for the evening.  The large swimming pool can be heated and there is a children’s pool as well.  The villa enjoys the benefit of air conditioning and a heating system
