Set in a large (approx. half an acre) private, landscaped garden at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with a larger than average swimming pool and children’s pool, this beautiful six bedroom, six bathroom, luxury villa has been extremely well maintained and managed. It enjoys air conditioning for summer, heating system and pool heating for cooler months, free wi-fi internet connection and offers everything possible for a relaxing family holiday.
The very spacious living room has a satellite television (50 inch plasma screen) with surround sound system and the “full” Sky package, video recorder, DVD and CD stereo system. Two or three steps lead to the pool room which contains a full size pool table. The very modern dining kitchen contains an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, washing machine and dishwasher.
