Description

The very spacious living room has a satellite television (50 inch plasma screen) with surround sound system and the “full” Sky package, video recorder, DVD and CD stereo system.  Two or three steps lead to the pool room which contains a full size pool table.  The very modern dining kitchen contains an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, washing machine and dishwasher.  Also on this level is a cloakroom, three of the bedrooms (twins) and two bathrooms. 

Stairs lead from the living room to the first floor which contains the very spacious master bedroom suite with dressing area and full en-suite bathroom.  A second double bedroom gives access to a shared bathroom and a twin bedroom.

Outside is the beautifully landscaped gardens, a covered terrace with sofas and coffee table and the covered barbecue area which offers seating for twelve and electric lights for the evening.  The large swimming pool can be heated and there is a children’s pool as well.  The villa enjoys the benefit of air conditioning and central heating.
