Located just 5 minutes from Albufeira and 15 minutes from Vilamoura, within a small gated complex offering a large swimming pool as well as a smaller children’s pool, this modern 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse is well equipped and enjoys the benefit of air conditioning throughout which can also be used as winter heating for cooler months.

Entrance to the ground floor is via the entrance hall with family/guest shower room  with toilet and adjacent hand basin and stairs that lead to the first floor.  The spacious living/dining room enjoys satellite television (Portuguese channels and CNN only), CD player, slow burning log fire and dining table to seat eight, The sofa bed can sleep another person if required and there is also a foldaway bed.  Sliding doors lead to a partially covered terrace with sun beds, dining table and chairs.  The fully fitted kitchen offers a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. 

There are three bedrooms all located on the first floor and all with twin beds.  The master bedroom has an en-suite Jacuzzi bath with shower over and doors leading to a private balcony overlooking the front aspect.  There is a separate bathroom also on this level which also has a shower over the bath.  The second and third bedroom open onto a terrace overlooking the pool area.
