New and exclusive for 2017, the charming Casa Raffey can be found in a quiet cul-de-sac in a village named Sao Lourenco, just a short walk from Almancil. We love the Moorish Algarvian style architecture, the stunning view of the olive trees and the tranquil valley setting. The villa features five double bedrooms, two of which enjoy private balconies where you can take in the beauty of the surrounding rural Algarve. With a pool, jacuzzi, a fantastic games room packed full of entertainment, BBQ and pizza oven, Casa Raffey is the perfect family holiday home that you’ll never need to leave! However, if you do fancy exploring, you’re just ten minutes away from the top golf courses on the Algarve and the endless stunning sandy beaches of the Sotavento.
Our first visit to Casa da Oliveira took our breath away! This unique and stunning villa is nestled in the hills of Loule and boasts spectacular, panoramic, south facing sea views spanning 60km from the port of Tavira to the town of Albufeira. With floor to ceiling windows and clean lines throughout, this beautifully designed property has one of the most unique and tranquil settings on the Algarve. We couldn’t take our eyes off the stunning views and the sea green infinity pool which is a real focal point of the villa. There’s even a private tennis court for a friendly match as the sun sets on another relaxing day. The beautiful terrace means you can enjoy outdoor living to the full, whilst the interior of the villa offers a warm and homely feeling throughout with three easterly facing bedrooms. We really did find it hard to tear ourselves away from this spectacular location and we can’t wait to see our clients making memories there soon.
In contrast, Villa Buganvilia is a stunning four-bedroom villa, just on the doorstep of the Vilamoura marina. With its child-friendly facilities this villa offers the perfect location for a family holiday and as it’s a five-minute walk from the famous old Vilamoura golf course, it also offers the ideal retreat for a golf stay with friends. We love the cool interior of the villa with its white and blue hues, and a gentle nod to the eclectic Portuguese style. There’s a stunning terrace for a spot of al fresco dining and a fabulous rooftop spot where you can enjoy a glass of something cool whilst watching the Portuguese sunset. For peace of mind, Villa Buganvilia also features a pool gate in a private and secure setting – ideal for young families.
Last but certainly not least on our what’s hot list is the spectacular Casa Scribbley Gum, a unique and outstanding villa which really is the ultimate in holiday luxury. With its contemporary style, open plan living area and amazing views you can’t help but feel happy the minute you step through the door. Full of character and stunning designs, Casa Scribbley Gum has a fantastic laid back vibe and is the ideal holiday retreat. We love the quirky different levels and terraces dotted around the villa, offering the perfect spot to curl up with a good book, soak up some rays or simply to gaze at the calming coastline. In the colourful, landscaped gardens you’ll find olive trees, an orchard and a fabulous private tennis court complete with an umpire’s chair! As you’d expect, the four bedrooms are finished to an exceptional standard and all boast stunning views of this unbeatable setting in the hills.
