    Villa Vanilla is an impressive large modern townhouse located centrally in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo.

    The house is distributed vertically through several levels offering a contemporary design to allow a spacious feel with a high quality finish. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, large internal and external seating and dining areas the property is ideal for up to eight guests.

    On entrance Villa Vanilla has a bright private courtyard featuring a gas barbeque and a dining table to seat eight. With access to the kitchen via sliding doors this area is ideal for al fresco dining.

    The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and a coffee maker. There is a breakfast bar and ample storage facilities.

    The large impressive main lounge area features a dining table for eight, with an attractively furnished large seating area leading onto the poolside accessed through full length sliding glass doors. There is a 48” wide screen Smart TV with access to the full range of international cable, sporting and entertainment channels. A wifi speaker is available.

    The pool area is south facing, enjoying sun throughout the day and late into the evening. There is a shaded seating area leading to an array of sun loungers and poolside bean bags. The patio has a coal barbeque and leads directly onto the stunning infinity pool. This external area looks onto the landscaped gardens of the valley of golf area of the resort.

    The sizeable basement area has its own kitchen facilities and has two large sofa beds, there is a 42” wide screen TV again with access to the full channel range and a pool table. The basement leads into the double garage which has another fridge freezer and a foldable table tennis table for those family competitions.

    The property has four large double bedrooms, these are distributed through the different levels of the property.

    Bedroom 1 is a double (no windows) with an adjacent shower room.

    Bedroom 2 is a double with ensuite shower room and leads onto a large terrace area which features a sunny external lounge area with seating for six.

    Bedroom 3 is a super king with a closet and ensuite shower room.

    Bedroom 4 is a king ensuite with a bathroom with two basins and jacuzzi bath, there is a terrace with seating and sun loungers for two.

    At the top of the property is a roof top sun terrace with a hammock and a heated external jacuzzi.

    The house additionally features High Speed Wi-Fi throughout the property and air conditioning. There is a plentiful supply of towels and the cleaning service is on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (except on bank holidays).

    Villa Vanilla is a fantastic holiday property conveniently set in a modern and quiet area of Vale Do Lobo with easy access to the resort’s excellent restaurants and bars, stunning beaches and facilities including two golf courses on the resort, a tennis club, pool areas, gyms and a spa. Discounts to Vale Do Lobo’s facilities and access to in-resort shuttle buses and bikes are available to Villa Vanilla guests.
