The property is split into 2 levels. On the ground floor, you will find a splendid and bright living and dining room with views of the beautiful garden and pool area, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. These bedrooms can both be prepared as double or twin, have access to the garden and pool area, and share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the first floor, you will find a small living and study area, as well as, the master bedroom that compromises a private balcony perfect for laid afternoons, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Outside, a Mediterranean private garden surrounds a good-sized swimming pool and features great areas providing both sun and shade and offers plenty of room for children to run around and play. There is also a gas BBQ and dining area to enjoy marvellous “al-fresco” meals.
