Description:This spectacular villa is located in the exclusive Parque Atlantico area of Quinta do Lago and while being close to all amenities including golf, the beach, restaurants and bars, provides a peaceful luxurious setting for your holiday.
An imposing entrance door opens into a spacious hall that leads down to the large open plan living dining and kitchen area, which boasts views over the pool (14 x 6 metres) and gardens along one whole wall of glass doors.
The top-spec kitchen is sleek with contemporary silver units, an island and a breakfast bar leading into the large dining area. From here the comfortable sitting area is bathed in light and leads without to the comfortable outdoor lounge area on the terrace.
There is also a study on the ground floor along with four twin bedrooms. Two of these are ensuite and two share a bathroom.
The master ensuite bedroom is on the first floor along with another double room. There is also a sitting area with a large wrap around sun terrace to enjoy the stunning sea views.
Outside, the large pool is surrounded by immaculate decking and lawns. As well as the lounge area, the terrace also offers an outdoor dining area and BBQ. There are a number of top quality loungers around the private pool, all offering superb golf course views.

In a beautiful setting beside the Ria Formosa bird sanctuary, you have all you need for luxury and sophistication that you would want for your holiday. Build along 6 main roundabouts the main entrance is where you will find Quinta shopping, full of beautiful boutiques, restaurants and some very popular bars. Within the resort, there are lots of fine dining restaurants and golden sandy beaches hosting some fantastic beach bars/restaurants. Enjoy a bike ride along the lake and onto the Ria Formosa salt plains whilst taking in the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Also by the lake, you will find the very popular bar/restaurant ‘The Shack’ where you can spend the afternoon drinking cocktails and/or get on with some exciting Watersports on the lake, then simply relax on the man-made beach by The Shack. Spend a relaxing day on the beach at ‘Praia de Garrao and Prais Ancao’ where you are certain to be among the jet-set soaking up the sun on this fabulous sandy beach! During the summer enjoy one of the famous ‘Picnics in the Park’ by Koko lane on the Clubhouse green where you are treated to live music and entertainment whilst having a traditional picnic. If you are the sporty type you will be impressed by the recently constructed complex called ‘The Campus’ where you can play numerous sports including tennis, football, swimming, padel or maybe use the Gym. With Vale do Lobo and Dunas Douradas close by there is lots to do and see for everyone.
Activities close by include tennis, crazy golf, golf, Watersports (sea and lake), horse riding, go-carting and Jeep safaris.
There is a supermarket at the entrance to Quinta do Lago (Quinta Shopping), however for ease why not use the English supermarket online delivery service instead!
