Spacious Living
With a large open plan layout, the villa offers great accommodation. The main living/dining area is on the entrance level and boasts triple sliding doors that open out onto the poolside terrace and take in the rural views. The fully equipped kitchen is sleek and modern, with white units and a granite effect surface.
Luxurious Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms on this level, two double ensuites and a master suite, which also has a flat-screen TV and DVD player. The remaining three bedrooms are on the lower ground floor; a twin and double are ensuite while the final twin has its own adjacent shower room. This floor also includes a multi-purpose games room with pool table, tennis table, bar, chess table, gym equipment and TV and DVD player.
Outdoor Paradise
The villa boasts not one but two private pools (one is 10 x 6 metres and one is 12 x 6 metres), one outside the lounge area and one on the first-floor terrace. There is also an outdoor Jacuzzi, BBQ and a range of outdoor seating and dining areas.
This is a magnificent villa, which will make a large group holiday feel very special.

Air conditioning is included. Pool heating is available at a supplement of £750 per week. (ground floor pool only.)
Additional charges apply for heating the jacuzzi & for the usage of the steam room & sauna.
During the period from 4th July to 2nd October, there are additional charges for renting the villa if more than 8 people in the party - see prices below.
Maid service is Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

The Quinta do Lago resort is a popular destination for those seeking privacy and is also a favourite with many celebrities and sportspeople. In a beautiful setting beside the Ria Formosa bird sanctuary, you have all you need for luxury and sophistication that you would want for your holiday. Build along 6 main roundabouts the main entrance is where you will find Quinta shopping, full of beautiful boutiques, restaurants and some very popular bars. Within the resort, there are lots of fine dining restaurants and golden sandy beaches hosting some fantastic beach bars/restaurants. Enjoy a bike ride along the lake and onto the Ria Formosa salt plains whilst taking in the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Also by the lake, you will find the very popular bar/restaurant ‘The Shack’ where you can spend the afternoon drinking cocktails and/or get on with some exciting Watersports on the lake, then simply relax on the man-made beach by The Shack. Spend a relaxing day on the beach at ‘Praia de Garrao and Prais Ancao’ where you are certain to be among the jet-set soaking up the sun on this fabulous sandy beach! During the summer enjoy one of the famous ‘Picnics in the Park’ by Koko lane on the Clubhouse green where you are treated to live music and entertainment whilst having a traditional picnic. If you are the sporty type you will be impressed by the recently constructed complex called ‘The Campus’ where you can play numerous sports including tennis, football, swimming, padel or maybe use the Gym. With Vale do Lobo and Dunas Douradas close by there is lots to do and see for everyone.

There is a supermarket at the entrance to Quinta do Lago (Quinta Shopping), however for ease why not use the English supermarket online delivery service instead!
