An amazing four bedroom villa with great sea views, pool and a short walk from Julia’s beach.

The entrance level is comprised of the entrance hall, cloakroom, living room with large ceiling skylight, kitchen with counter seating and two bedrooms suites.

Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room, with patio doors which open onto a shared balcony with sea views overlooking the pool. Bedroom two is the master double room with fitted wardrobes, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and patio doors which open directly onto the shared balcony with sea views overlooking the pool.

On the lower level of the villa are bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a double room and adjacent shared shower room, with patio doors which open directly onto the poolside terrace. Bedroom four is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and use of the adjacent shared shower room.

The pool deck has an outdoor dining area, lounge space, plenty of sunbathing space, BBQ area with outdoor kitchen and bar seating.

The terrace stretching from the living room to the master suite also has a dining area with sea view and lounging space. The large terrace upstairs has another outdoor lounging space with sea views.
