The villa was designed with open planned contemporary living accommodation in mind, with lots of large windows giving way to plenty of natural daylight, allowing also to enjoy the golf views. There is a reception area with steps down to a large living and dining room, modern gloss kitchen with breakfast area, bedroom no. 4 with sofa bed (or office) with an adjacent guest toilet, downstairs guest bedroom suite with dressing area and bathroom. If you require the sofa bed there is an additional charge of £90/week.

Luxurious Upstairs Retreat

Upstairs there is a master suite with a terrace overlooking the golf, a dressing room and a luxury bathroom. The guest suite also has a dressing room, shower room with the bedroom having a golf view terrace.

Outdoor Oasis

Outside there is electric security gate entrance to a large block paved drive with a car port with sail. The driveway leads to the side of the villa down to the secure buggy house plus a private personal access onto the golf course. The rear garden features artificial lawn areas, covered seating and entertainment areas, tiled terraces and an infinity swimming pool overlooking the golf course.
