Description:This fantastic, newly constructed four-bedroom villa is located in the luxury resort of Quinta do Lago. Backing on to the renowned Formosa golf course, named after the nearby nature reserve of the Ria Formosa, this stunning property is perfect for a larger family or group.
Ground Floor
Sleeping up to eight people, Villa Nora features a twin bedroom and a double bedroom both with en suite bathrooms on the ground floor. The bright, airy kitchen has a central island with patio doors leading on to the spacious terrace perfect for outdoor dining. The kitchen features all the appliances you would expect to find and on the lower ground floor, there is also a laundry room.
Also on the ground floor is a spacious living room with dining area and further patio doors leading to the terraces, pool (13 x 6 metres) and gardens. Tastefully decorated and furnished, this villa provides a lovely place to stay in the resort of Quinta do Lago.
First Floor
On the first floor, there are a further two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, whilst the master bedroom has patio doors leading to a terrace with views of the landscaped, lawned gardens.
Outdoor and Recreational Features
The outdoor area features a swimming pool (heating available) outdoor tennis table, gas BBQ and fantastic terraces for sunbathing and outdoor dining. There’s also an indoor games room complete with a pool table. The villa also features air conditioning, cable TV and Wifi.
Location
Villa Nora is just five minutes from Quinta do Lago beach and close to Vale do Lobo, Pinheiros Altos and other local golf courses.

The Area:Quinta do Lago is a very exclusive and much sought after location in the Golden Triangle. The Quinta do Lago resort is a popular destination for those seeking privacy and is also a favourite with many celebrities and sportspeople. In a beautiful setting beside the Ria Formosa bird sanctuary, you have all you need for luxury and sophistication that you would want for your holiday. Build along 6 main roundabouts the main entrance is where you will find Quinta shopping, full of beautiful boutiques, restaurants and some very popular bars. Within the resort, there are lots of fine dining restaurants and golden sandy beaches hosting some fantastic beach bars/restaurants. Enjoy a bike ride along the lake and onto the Ria Formosa salt plains whilst taking in the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Also by the lake, you will find the very popular bar/restaurant ‘The Shack’ where you can spend the afternoon drinking cocktails and/or get on with some exciting Watersports on the lake, then simply relax on the man-made beach by The Shack. Spend a relaxing day on the beach at ‘Praia de Garrao and Prais Ancao’ where you are certain to be among the jet-set soaking up the sun on this fabulous sandy beach! During the summer enjoy one of the famous ‘Picnics in the Park’ by Koko lane on the Clubhouse green where you are treated to live music and entertainment whilst having a traditional picnic. If you are the sporty type you will be impressed by the recently constructed complex called ‘The Campus’ where you can play numerous sports including tennis, football, swimming, padel or maybe use the Gym. With Vale do Lobo and Dunas Douradas close by there is lots to do and see for everyone.
Activities close by include tennis, crazy golf, golf, Watersports (sea and lake), horse riding, go-carting and Jeep safaris.
There is a supermarket at the entrance to Quinta do Lago (Quinta Shopping), however for ease why not use the English supermarket online delivery service instead!
