Ground Floor

On the ground floor, there is the entrance hall and four bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and sliding doors that allow direct access to the garden.

First Floor & Basement

On the first floor is the open plan living and dining room leading to the kitchen and the cloakroom. From this floor, surrounded by large sliding doors, you can access the swimming pool deck, with several lounging areas, great for relaxing, and a dining area, perfect for alfresco meals, equipped with a gas barbecue. In the basement there is the laundry room and the access to the garage.

Bedrooms

The accommodation comprises four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, all located on the ground floor. Three bedrooms are twin, with the option of converting to double, and one, the master bedroom, is double, with a king-size bed. The bathrooms are equipped with showers and in the master suite there is also a bathtub.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, Nespresso machine and toaster.

Living Room

In the living room there is a spacious U-shaped sofa, a fireplace, a smart led TV and a wireless sound system.

Outdoor Features

Outside there is also a roof-top terrace that offers open views over the surrounding landscape and the sea. This terrace is equipped with a sink and a lounging area.

The villa is equipped with electric shutters, air conditioning in all rooms, underfloor heating in the bedroom’s bathrooms and Wi-Fi internet.

The swimming pool can be heated upon request and at an extra cost.
