Outside, you will find a pleasant outdoor dining area with a gas barbecue, preparation counter, and several shaded leisure spaces, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. The private pool is surrounded by sun loungers and comfortable shaded corners, ideal for making the most of the sunny Algarve days.

Upon entering the villa, you are welcomed into a spacious and bright living and dining area, sliding doors providing direct access to the outdoor area and allowing plenty of natural light to enter. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and also includes a practical laundry area with access to the exterior.

The villa comprises:

• 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, including bathtub/shower, and double washbasin
• 1 double bedroom
• 1 twin bedroom
• 1 complete bathroom with bathtub and WC

This property offers access to all shared facilities at Dunas Douradas, including the main reception, Roman-style swimming pool for adults and children (free access), Lobos Restaurant, pool bar, small convenience store, and Beauty Centre (subject to availability and booking).

The shared facilities are exclusively for owners and guests of Dunas Douradas and are accessed with magnetic key. Temporary keys may be requested at reception upon payment of a refundable 20€ deposit, which will be returned at check-out once the key is handed back.

The tennis court may also be booked at reception, subject to availability and an additional charge.
