The villa itself is a stunning property, built over two levels and decorated to the highest standard. A wide and welcoming entrance hall welcomes you into the villa, leading to the large living area with 50 inch TV featuring all sky sports and BT sports channels. Leading from the living room is the well-fitted, light and airy dining kitchen.
An outdoor terrace with two tables is ideal for al fresco dining, with a barbecue and steps down to the main pool area.
Coordinated sliding doors along the length of the property open out from the living and dining room onto the terrace, pool (10 x 5 metres) and gardens, complementing the tasteful décor and giving a real feeling of space. Two double and two twin rooms make this property ideal for families, while the proximity to the resort course makes it hugely popular with golfers.
With a water park, supermarkets, restaurants within walking distance and the popular Vilamoura Marina just a few minute’s drive away, Villa Joao provides clients with a secure and relaxing setting – within easy reach of a number of activities to suit all tastes.

Rental Structure
Pool heating is available and runs against a supplement of £350 per week from the last week in May to the end of September then £450 per week from October to the last week in May.
The heat pump for the pool heating is switched on 1 week before it’s required, normal temperature is between 26/28 degrees, if temperature is any higher than this it can cause algae. (Not a hot tub) Also please note pool water temperature can be affected by weather conditions, especially rain/ wind /cold days. The pool cover must be always put over the pool as soon as it’s not in use especially at night.
Otherwise pool temperature cannot be maintained, we cannot always guarantee pool temperature especially in winter/ autumn conditions.
Prices include air conditioning from April to October, then is run against a supplement of £180 per week from November to the end of March.
A complimentary cot and high chair are available with this property.
Mid-stay maid service per 7 nights with a towel change (excluding public holidays).

The Area:A hugely popular destination, Vilasol is a fabulous development just by Vilamoura. With some fabulous restaurants (one also equipped with a children’s area too), bars and bakeries within the development this is ideal for many people. Just outside the development, you have lots of other fabulous restaurants, a supermarket and Aquashow water park within walking distance. Just a 5 minute drive away is the vibrant marina or the more relaxed Old town and also Quarteira. Visit the vibrant Vilamoura Marina where you can stroll along and take in the magnificent yachts that are moored there, have lunch/dinner in one of the many fabulous restaurants overlooking the marina or a cocktail in one of the many bars. Why not charter a boat for an afternoon or an early evening where you can watch the sunset? This is becoming more and more popular for a special occasion with dinner and drinks also available during the charter whilst exploring the coast and watching the dolphins. Just past the marina, you have one of the best beaches in the region. A gorgeous beach that goes on for miles, Praia da Falesia is the perfect place for rest and relaxation, or, if you prefer a bit of action there are lots of beach/water sports for you to try too. Whether you’re watching the world go by whilst topping up your tan or taking advantage of the activities you’re sure to have a fabulous time. When you’re hungry stroll along the perfect white sands to one of the popular beachside restaurants for dinner and a fun-filled evening. For a quieter evening have a stroll around the old town of Vilamoura and try one of the traditional Portuguese Cataplana dishes in one of the lovely quaint restaurants. Hop on the tourist train which takes you all around Vilamoura and various attractions. There are lots of things to do in Vilamoura for all the family whether its water sports on the beach, beach games, crazy golf, horse riding, surfing, golf, tennis or a trip to ‘Cerro da Vila’ the archaeological ruins where you can experience a ruined Roman villa. Close by you have Quarteira which has a fantastic promenade in front of the beach where there are lots of shops, restaurants and bars.
Vilamoura is the perfect destination for a family who wants to experience lots of variety from their holiday or even just to have a relaxing chilled holiday by the pool.
There are lots of mini markets and some large supermarkets close by, however for ease why not use the English supermarket online delivery service instead!
