Built on an elevated position, the villa enjoys breathtaking sea views from many areas of the property, making it an exceptional setting for a memorable stay.

Designed with comfort and style in mind, the villa features high-quality interiors and exquisite décor, seamlessly combined with the latest in modern technology. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a truly impressive holiday home.

The interiors are styled in soft pastel tones, blending Tuscan-inspired elegance with subtle beach accents. All bedrooms overlook the pool area and enjoy wonderful sea views.

Villa Addison offers several private outdoor relaxation areas with tables and chairs throughout the property—some intentionally left undisclosed, adding a touch of surprise for your arrival.

Spacious and thoughtfully designed, the property provides a wide range of amenities and activities for family and friends to enjoy. Set within a secluded plot and accessed via an automatic gate, it ensures complete privacy and security. There is ample parking for up to five cars within the grounds or in the garage.

First Floor: Master suite with en-suite bathroom, his & hers walk-in closets, and TV. Bathroom features double basins, separate shower, and modern bathtub overlooking the pool. Large terrace with sitting area, pool and sea views, and private access to patio/pool.

Ground Floor: Living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, reading corner. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and laundry room. All rooms have direct access to patio, pool, and outdoor areas. Note – Bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also an en-suite bedroom with double bed + 2 single beds, with private bathroom – ideal for a family.

Kitchen & Laundry: Fully equipped kitchen: 2 fridges, Falcon stove, induction hob, SMEG toaster & coffee machine, Haeger air fryer, kettle, microwave. Laundry: 2 Miele washers, 2 Miele dryers, iron, ironing board, drying rack.
