The villa features five beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have their bathrooms located next door and enjoy direct access to the garden, allowing mornings to begin with soft daylight .

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the open-plan living area, creating a welcoming space for relaxing, socializing, and sharing special moments together.

For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, the villa offers a separate barbecue area — one gas and one charcoal — thoughtfully positioned in their own dedicated spaces. A large outdoor dining table, set in a different area, invites long, leisurely meals under the open sky.

The master suite, located on the first floor, is a private retreat with a generous balcony, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or watching the sunset in complete serenity.

Outside, the private pool becomes the heart of the villa, surrounded by loungers and parasols, ideal for refreshing swims, peaceful afternoons in the sun, or relaxed moments with family and friends.
