The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across four spacious bedrooms:

The fully equipped modern kitchen includes high-end appliances and everything needed for a relaxing self-catering stay.

Please note the villa doesn’t have ac on the lower level (the 2 bedrooms) , we provide fans. The AC is on the lounge level.

The famous cliff-top walks between Praia da Luz and Burgau can be accessed directly from the villa and are among the most beautiful coastal trails in the Algarve. Praia da Luz beach, restaurants, and cafés are just 2.5 km away, while Burgau village is approximately 3 km. Lagos Old Town, marina, golf courses, and stunning beaches are only a short drive away.

Please note that this villa does not have a mid stay clean for bookings of ten nights or less.

Check in is between 16:00 and 18:00 hours.

These are 2 new villas being build (they are more in the distance and up the hill), so not causing noise.

There is however another villa being completed (in the final stages of works) on the plot below the villa-  some occasional work.
