Villa Rosita is a detached and comfortable four-bedroom villa with a privileged location, in one of the most sought after areas of Vilamoura, within walking distance to the Pinhal golf course and only a short drive away from the beach and Vilamoura Marina.

Set on two floors, this property has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area open to the living area, four bedrooms, a laundry and a cloakroom. Outside there is a swimming pool and a well kept garden and barbecue.

The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and Nespresso machine. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The dining area is furnished with a table which seats up to eight persons. The living area has three comfortable sofas, a DVD player, a flat screen TV with UK channels system and a Portuguese cable system.

The accommodation comprises four bedrooms all with en suite facilities. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms. On the first floor there is a double bedroom & a twin, both with large sunny terraces. One of the bedrooms has a flat screen TV with Portuguese cable system.

From the living and dining area, patio doors lead you to the garden and swimming pool terrace where there is a barbecue, an outside shower, sun loungers, umbrellas and a dining table for al fresco meals.

The swimming pool  (salt water)can be heated upon request and for an extra cost. The garden is mostly laid to lawn and is surrounded by colourful shrubs and trees. The villa has air conditioning throughout and free Wi-Fi access. The cleaning service is daily from Monday to Friday except on bank holidays.
