Lagos holiday villa
Picture a small harbour town into which Vasco da Gama sailed in 1499 on his historic and epic discovery voyage. This was the beginning of the historic discovery of one of the Algarve's most interesting holiday destinations. Essentially now an important tourist town there are still many architectural signs of its ancient past, buildings dating back to around 1445. There is so much to see and do in this town you are spoilt for choice. There is the “gold” church of Santo Antonio with a small museum of regional items. Most recently constructed the marina presents a lovely picture and this harbour is the first sight a visitor has of Lagos.
If it's peace and quiet you are after then why not just relax and enjoy the Algarve sun baking down on you while you enjoy your own private pool of a luxury Lagos holiday villa. Relax and enjoy the sea views and a cold drink in the gardens or on a private roof terrace.
