A single storey villa that enjoys a wonderful location at the end of a cul-de-sac offering maximum privacy with pleasant countryside views.  It is close to most beaches and a selection of restaurants, which are all just a few minutes drive away.  Outside a is a mosaic tiled 9m x  4m swimming pool with steps and a ladder, surrounded by terraces and grassed gardens.  There is also sun beds, an oudoor shower, barbecue and covered dining area.

The kitchen and both bathrooms were completely renovated in 2005 and the living room furniture in 2006.  There are two twin bedrooms, a double bedroom and two large bathrooms (one with a large walk-in shower and the other with a bath plus walk-in shower).  The living/dining room has digital satelite television (BBC and free to air channels), music centre, DVD, telephone (with meter) and sliding doors leading out to the pool terrace.  The fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and two large fridges with a door leading to a breakfast terrace.  The living room and all bedrooms are air conditioning (cooling and heating) which is available against a supplement.
