A charming, single storey villa with private pool set in a quiet part of Almancil, but close to bars, shops and restaurants.  The villa enjoys the beneifit of air conditioning (run against a supplement) and a large garden so is ideal as a family holiday home.

Entering the villa into the hall which gives access to the large and very well equipped kitchen with American style refrigerator, microwave, cooker, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer and a door giving access to the terrace and barbecue area.  Two steps separate the hall from the living/dining room with dining table, leather sofas, wood burning stove (for cooler months) satellite television, DVD player and sliding doors that ope on to a terrace with the pool area beyond.  A door from the dining area gives access to the master bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and en-suite showr room.  Sliding doors given access to the terrace and pool area.  Doors from the living aea give access to two further bedrooms.  Both have twin beds and air conditioning.  One room has an en-suite bathroom and the other has a bathroom adjacent.  This bedroom also has sliding doors giving access to the terrace and pool area.
