Description

A large, luxury, child-friendly and air conditioned villa with private pool overlooking Quinta North golf course and within walking distance of bars, shops, restaurants and the beach.  The villa can sleep up to 12 (see below) and the pool can be heated (against a supplement).  There is also a gymnasium for those who want to keep fit as well as a fenced pool and children's play ground.  Furnished to a high standard, Villa Leira is an impressive and grand villa.  The rooms are spacious but still have a family feel to them.

Entrance hall with burglar alarm.  Spacious living rooms with sliding doors leading to the covered terrace.  Separate dining room with large dining table.  Fully fitted modern kitchen with preparating island/breakfast bar.  Separate utility room with washing machine and dryer.  Guest cloakroom.  Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sliding doors leacing to the garden.  Double bedroom with en-suite shower room.  Family television room with sliding doors leacing to the garden and pool area.  This room can be used as the 6th bedroom as two twin beds can be installed upon requet.  Study.  Stairs lead to the first floor.  Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sliding doors leading to a terrace overlooking the pool.  Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sliding doors leading to the terrace.  Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and sliding doors leading to the balcony.

Outside can be found the landscaped gardens that give magnificent views of the golf course.  The garden has ample lawned areas for children to play and there is a children's play area with climbing frame etc.  The sun deck also has a room with gym equipment and there is a gas barbecue.  There is also a covered dining area and the swimming pool and hot tub have been fenced for added peace of mind when young children are around.
