An exceptionally well equipped property that has recently been refurbished with designer fabrics and materials.  Set in a secluded cul-de-sac and backing onto Vilamoura Pinhal golf course with four of the bedrooms enjoying good golf course views.  The villa enjoys full air conditioning and pool heating (both run against individual supplements) as well as electric security shutters and is situated within walking distance of the marina and beach.

Most of the ground floor is open plan giving a spacious feel to the property.  The living area has comfortable sofas and sattelite television.  Large dining table to seat 10.  Both areas offer sliding doors to the outside.  Off the well equipped and modern kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and dishwasher.  The first bedroom with adjacent shower room is also on the ground floor.
