Description

On the ground floor is a large entrance hall leading to a spacious living room which looks out over the terrace, garden and swimming pool.  The living room offers plenty of confortable seating and BOSE music centre.  Off the living room is a separate television room, which features video, DVD and cable TV. There is also a separate dining room and a fully fitted modern kitchen with American style fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen has views to the garden and leads to the terrace and barbeque area. There is a separate laundry room.  Also on the ground floor are two twin bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom.

On the first floor are a further three bedroom suites (2 double and 1 twin) and a private terrace.

The mature gardens are divided between lawns, colourful beds and exotic palms.  The oval shaped swimming pool is approx 9m x 4m and has optional heating which is payable as an extra. 

Other features include air conditioning units in each bedroom and an alarm system connected to the central monitoring service.
