This truly "Top of the Top" new luxury villa is an unique rental property and very reasonably priced. With spectacular views over the Millennium Golf Course offering absolute luxury, peace, tranquillity and only a few minutes from beaches and the marina.  Electric entrance gates give access to the 5,000 sq.m. landscaped garden.  The 12.5 x 5.5 meter salt water swimming pool with a  power jet and massage jets, is solar heated (No extra cost) and there is a separate Jacuzzi. The villa also enjoys a Cinema, Gym, Steam room Air conditioning/heating, a safe and an alarm system. Totally luxurious and state-of-the-art villa has been created using the finest materials and latest technology. Maid service (excluding weekends and public holidays) is provided four mornings a week.

Entering through the antique entrance doors of the grand hall, you are overlooking terrace, swimming pool, garden and golf course

Open plan living area is spacious with a well designed interior and two sets of sliding doors overlooking the terrace, pool and garden.

Dining room offers a large wooden table seating all guests and direct access to the barbeque terrace.

Separate television room with satellite television, DVD player and open fire place.

Kitchen is  fully equipped with oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine-Nespresso, American-style fridge/freezer including ice-maker and separate drinking fridge. Also direct access to the barbeque terrace.

Laundry room, with built-in laundry storage bins, a washing machine and tumble dryer (all Miele equipment).

Bedrooms

Master bedroom with sliding doors to the garden and pool area, an elegant dressing room with built in safe and a full en-suite, incl. bidet and is designed for two (two hand basins), separate shower, double ended bath. 

Second bedroom has a double bed, flat screen television and a full en-suite bathroom with bidet, separate shower and two hand basins.  

Third bedroom has a double bed, sliding doors leading to the garden and a full en-suite bathroom with bidet and separate shower.

Fourth bedroom has twin beds and sliding doors leading to the garden and a full en-suite bathroom and a separate shower.

All bathrooms are electrically heated.

The studio room downstairs, has a separate entrance and can be converted into a fifth bedroom with two double beds and has an en-suite bathroom.

Lower level:

Gymnasium contains a multi-gym, static cycle and stepper.

Turkish steam room.  Please note The agent, nor the owner of Villa Quinta das Oliveiras,  or any employees belonging to either party, will not be responsible for the safety and well-being of clients who use the gym equipment or the steam room.  

Cinema room has a drop-down screen of 2.8 x 1.6mtr., fridge, sink and two large, comfortable seating arrangements and two bean-bags.  Please bring your own favourite CD/DVD's as none are supplied.  

The beautifully landscaped gardens are automatically lit up when it gets dark and are also automatically switched off at 11.15pm. There is a large terrace, covered in parts, on two sides of the villa which allows you to make the most of the sun or shade. Steps lead to the very private roof terrace, which offers spectacular views of the garden and surrounding area.  The large ground floor terrace in the centre of the property offers comfortable outdoor sofas and sun beds.  Further along is an outdoor dining table with 12 comfortable Dedon chairs. Round the corner is the built-in gas barbecue, which has plenty of preparation area as well as a coffee table and stools.  The large swimming pool is lit up till midnight.

The area of Pinhal Velho, Vilamoura

This quiet exclusive residential area of Pinhal Velho offers the best of both worlds. A peaceful and tranquil environment, only minutes away from the buzz of the Marina, its shops, restaurants, many bars, casino and beach club. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course on the doorsteps, where the Portuguese Masters is held, a tennis club and 12 outdoor courts, a  horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water-sports.

ELECTRIC PUMPED POOL HEATING AND JACUZZI HEATING ARE RUN AGAINST A SUPPLEMENT.  THEY CANNOT BE HEATED SEPARATELY BY THIS SYSTEM.
