Description

A spectacular, newly constructed six bedroom luxury villa within the heart of the prestigious Quinta do Lago estate.  The villa enjoys the benefit of air conditioning, underfloor heating and a heatable swimming pool.  The villa ha a gated entrance and is located in a quiet position on a cul-de-sac.  Outside can be found beautifully landscaped gardens.

The living room is comfortablly furnished with numerous sofas and armchairs and leads to a snug with further sofas, plasma screen satellite television, DVD palyer and access to the kitchen/dining area and sun terrace. 

The designer kitchen has marble work surfaces and a preparation island.  There is an American 'fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.  The separate utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and laundry chute.

All bedrooms have en-suite facilities, built-in wardrobes and plasma screen televisions.   

On the first floor are two bedrooms.  The master bedroom offers a king-size bed as well as a separate kitchen with laundry chute and doors give access to a balcony and sun terrace.  The en-suite bathroom has a Jacuzi bath and walk-in sdouble showser.  The second bedroom on this level has a double bed and full en-suite bathroom with double shower.

On the ground floor are to be found bedrooms 3 and 4 which have double beds and give access to the sun terrace.  The en-suite bathroom to bedroom 3 has a bath and double shower, whilst bedroom 4 has a full en-suite bathroom with shower.

The garden rooms on the lower level comprise bedroom 5 which offers a double bed, full en-suite bathroom with sunken bath and doule showser; bedroom 6 has a full en-suite bathroom with double shower and a living room with separate access from the main house, making these rooms ideal for adult offspring or grand parents.
