This four bedroom villa with private outdoor pool, lounge area and extensive garden area is in the quiet area of Dunas Douradas, close to all resort amenities and within walking distance of the beach. A few minutes’ drive from Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Almancil, where you can find a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants.

It is a single storey house, recently redecorated, with modern features, high ceilings and maritime and nautical decor.

When crossing the entrance hall, we enter an atmosphere of harmony and peace. On the left side of the hallway, we have the entrance to the main bedroom, with TV, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower.

A few steps after you will find the open space kitchen with breakfast bar and dining room with capacity for 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and oven, kettle, toaster, and microwave, and all the basic appliances needed for a day-to-day kitchen.

On a slightly lower level is the living room, decorated in shades of blue and grey, with fireplace and TV, the shutters open directly onto the patio, barbecue, and pool area.
Going up the steps of the living room and continuing along the corridor you will find a service bathroom and two other bedrooms both with pleasant areas, equipped with air conditioning, ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower and, with direct exit to the property’s garden.

The social area of the house is very pleasant, the sunny pool is surrounded by 6 sun loungers and umbrellas, perfect for sitting and relaxing. The outdoor area is also equipped with garden furniture, it has a sofa with capacity for roughly 7 people and an individual sofa, it also has a table with 6 seats to enjoy your late meals on warmer days.

There is also a BBQ (gas) area, food preparation area and poolside bar.
