On the ground floor:
As you step through the front door, you’re welcomed straight into a bright, open living space that immediately feels warm and inviting. The living room flows effortlessly, creating a relaxed area to unwind, with soft furnishings and gentle tones that give it a cosy, homely character.
To the left, the space opens into a beautifully designed open-plan kitchen fully equipped and dining area with a table that seats 8 people, where everything feels connected and easy.

The kitchen is both practical and stylish, blending seamlessly with the dining space—perfect for slow mornings or shared meals with family and friends.
Large windows stretch across the room, filling the space with natural light and drawing your eye outward. They open directly onto a sunlit terrace and pool area, where indoor and outdoor living come together naturally. The whole space feels airy yet intimate, with a calm, welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in and feel at home. Every corner feels thoughtfully curated, offering a soothing retreat where time seems to slow and every detail whispers relaxation.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and a guest WC. One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and another twin-room with en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower all decorated with natural materials and earthy tone colours.

On the first floor:
The stairs lead to the first floor where there are two further bedrooms and a living-room with big windows that overlook the pool area. A double bedroom with en-suite walk-in shower and bathtub and a further twin bedroom with walk-in shower.

Outside: The entrance gates open´s to a driveway area, on the left is the garden and the pool terrace area. The swimming pool is approximately 8×5 metres. The shallowest area has 0,8m and the deepest end is 1,80m. There is a spacious terrace with a lounge area, outside dining table for 8, a smaller table that seats 4, outside sofa area and 6 sun loungers. Other Information:
The property is fully air-conditioned.
The price includes free usage of the Wi Fi, the Air Conditioning and pool towels.
Maid service is also included 2 days per week, Monday to Friday, except bank holidays and weekends. Bed linen is changed once per week and bathroom towels are changed twice per week.

The Location:
The Villa is located in Almancil, a traditional Portuguese town within a ten minute drive of the prestigious resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, a 6 minute drive to the famous Julias beach and about a 8 minute drive to the high end sports complex – The Campus. The nearby town of Loulé, famous for its historic city centre full of charm with cobbled streets and tradition, has all the facilities that you’ll need during your holiday, including supermarkets, chemists, shops, cafes, restaurants, and banks. The recently built Mar Shopping complex with cinemas, a food hall, a designer outlet, and numerous shops is about a short 10 minute drive.
