A utility room and two en-suite bedrooms can also be found on the ground floor. Both bedrooms have king-sized beds with vi-spring mattresses, one which can be set up as twins to your preference. All bedrooms have AC, outdoor access, dressing rooms and hairdryers.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor and is also equipped with a king size bed and benefits from a 43 inch smart TV, large dressing room with extensive wardrobes and a desk / dressing table. The en-suite bathroom has a dual sink along with a bath and shower. A private south facing terrace with seating is also available from the master, a perfect spot to watch the sun go down over the Atlantic.

The highlight of this villa is the exterior space. A large covered terrace sits outside the sitting room and is fitted with a large retractable electric awning that hangs over a 3 seater sofa, 4 chairs and a coffee table. The saltwater pool is 10M by 5M and can be heated at an extra cost. It is surrounded by sun-loungers / chairs & umbrellas to accommodate all the guests. A thatched shaded pergola can be located in the garden with its tiled table and 6 outdoor dining chairs. This peaceful spot is perfect for al fresco meals which are complimented by the gas BBQ. The garden has extensive lawns, a running water feature, palm trees and manicured flower beds.

A few steps away from the property are two ‘residents only’ all weather tennis courts, a fully equipped gym with his/hers saunas, shower & changing facilities. There is also a pathway all the way to Trafal Beach, a short country walk to restaurants such as ‘BJs’ and ‘Tempura’. The small gated condominium of Fazenda Santiago has two security guards at the entrance gate and is patrolled from 18:00 – 06:00 every night.
