This beautiful 4 bedroom villa is situated in Dunas Douradas, a highly regarded family resort. The villa is within a 3-minute walk to the beach and a short distance from local amenities and the renowned golf courses of the Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago resorts.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. There is a spacious lounge, with comfortable seating and an open plan dining area that seats up to 8 people. From the lounge, you can access the exterior terrace. Also on the ground floor is the laundry room (which includes a washing machine and tumble dryer) and 2 bedrooms both of which are en-suite and have access to the beautiful pool terraces.

The remaining 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor, the master bedroom is en-suite and features its own private terrace with a sea view and the guest suite on this floor also features a private terrace.

The exterior is ideal for embracing the true Algarvean lifestyle. It includes a large heated swimming pool (8 x 5 metres), plenty of space for the sun loungers, beautifully landscaped gardens, 4 different seating areas with shading and a BBQ perfect for “al-fresco” evenings.

Sound system, air conditioning and high-speed WIFI are provided throughout.

As a guest in the Dunas Douradas resort, you have use of the tennis courts and a fantastic communal resort pool, which includes a children’s pool for the little ones. There is also a great pool bar, which plays the sport and has lots of games tables, including pool table & air hockey. Lobos restaurant is on site, which is a lovely family friendly restaurant. There is also a small supermarket and coffee shop on site.

The common areas are for the exclusive use of Dunas Douradas owners and guests using a magnetic key. Temporary magnetic keys can be requested at Reception das Dunas Douradas at a refundable cost of €20 (this amount is refunded when the key is handed over to reception upon check-out).
