Large terraces, and a lovely outdoor area, perfect for al fresco socialising, enhanced by an attractive lighting system around the garden. The pool has a rock formation so it should not be overlooked.

This high standard villa is very well furnished and equipped with quality and comfort. It has underfloor heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi throughout the property including outdoors, and cable TV.

This property offers access to all common facilities of Dunas Douradas, such as: a main reception, Roman style swimming pool for adults and children (free access), Xénia Restaurant, pool bar, mini-market and Beauty Center (subject to availability and reservation). The common areas are for the exclusive use of the owners and guests of Dunas Douradas via a magnetic key. Temporary magnetic keys can be requested at the Dunas Douradas Reception for a refundable fee of €20 (this amount is refunded when the key is returned to reception upon check-out).

The tennis court can also be reserved at reception (additional cost and subject to availability).
