On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms: Master bedroom with dressing room, cable TV and bathroom with separate shower cubicle, a double bedroom en-suite (bathroom with separate shower cubicle) and a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.
Large terraces, and a lovely outdoor area, perfect for al fresco socialising, enhanced by an attractive lighting system around the garden. The pool has a rock formation so it should not be overlooked (care should be taken to supervise children in this area.)
This high standard villa is very well furnished and equipped with quality and comfort. It has underfloor heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi throughout the property including outdoors, and cable TV.
Features: BBQ, pool heating (additional costs), air conditioning (included) Wi-Fi, cable TV, alarm system and 24/7 security. Maid service twice a week.
This property offers access to all common facilities of Dunas Douradas, such as: a main reception, Roman style swimming pool for adults and children (free access), Lobos Restaurant, pool bar and mini-market. The common areas are for the exclusive use of the owners and guests of Dunas Douradas via a magnetic key. Temporary magnetic keys can be requested at the Dunas Douradas Reception for a refundable fee of €20 (this amount is refunded when the key is returned to reception upon check-out).
The tennis court can also be reserved at reception (additional cost and subject to availability).

A beautiful family-friendly area which caters for every family member with activities to suit all. From a lazy day at the beach, a round of golf or some fast-paced water sports on the famous Beach – Praia Garrao, Dunas Douradas is a fabulous location.
Villas in the Dunas Douradas resort have free access to the communal facilities, including an enormous outdoor swimming pool, with a children’s small pool for the little ones in the family to enjoy. Here you also have tennis courts, a bar with a huge assortment of games tables for the kids to enjoy whilst you relax with friends over a drink. There is also a lovely coffee shop around the pool where you can enjoy your morning cuppa with a pastry and a well-stocked little shop for some fresh bread or any essential items.
Activities close by are golf, Watersports (sea and lake), horse riding, go-carting, crazy golf and Jeep safaris, to name but a few. Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are only a few minutes drive away or a short walk along the beach, so this truly is the ideal holiday destination.
