The natural lighting throughout is plentiful and efficient whilst maintaining privacy through angles and lines.
The entrance floor is composed of the main hall which opensout into the open plan living room, dining room and kitchen – all of which are fully furnished & equipped. This level also contains the cloak room and the two patios – the first is a partially covered patio next to the white infinity swimming pool and the second a lower deck terrace, ideal for sunbathing and taking in the view.
Downstairs there is another living area by the sauna and large walk in shower. Down a few more steps and we have the bedrooms which are all faced south west with large double patio doors. The master suite is on the end and boasts a centred double bed, a walk in closet and a marvellous fully equipped
bathroom with double sinks and large glass windows with a sea view still.The top floor is a two level terrace with a seating area & the best views of the property and the sea. The garden is fully landscaped and has incredibly light features which show off the best of the exterior at night.

If you can tear yourselves away from your luxury villa, why not head down to the Praca and spend the day on the beach, trying lunch at The Beach Bar, then maybe hop on a jet ski to have some fun and explore the local islands, ending the day with some cocktails and an evening meal at the fabulous Sandbanks or one of the other famous restaurants at The Praca.
