The villa is full of character and charm with a beautiful outside area surrounded by mature established gardens ideal for relaxation, with inviting outdoor spaces.

The kitchen has all the appliances and a Falcon stove, Nespresso coffee machine, Smeg Kettle, toaster and etc…

Ground floor : Entrance hall, laundry to the left were there is a washing machine and clothes dryer and a fridge/freeze, as the kitchen has a fridge drawer. The kitchen has a round table that seats 6 people and windows that lead onto a courtyard with another seating area.

A double bed ensuite bedroom with a bathtub and a cosy terrace with a pathway that leads to the pool area.

Also the living room , guest WC and a TV room.

Outside area has a gazebo looking towards the pool and the a little outside kitchen and a guest bathroom with step-in shower.

There is a gas BBQ, outside seating area under a covered, and 2 outsider tables that seat 6 people.

First Floor: Master ensuite bedroom to the right with a double sink, step-in shower and bathtub. And a lovely terrace overlooking the gardens with sea views.

To the left a twin bedroom with a walk-in shower and terrace.

Lazer TV and internet:

Pool size: 7 x 14m

1 x housekeeping visit with towel change per week

Pool – cleaning done on Mondays and Thursdays or Fridays

Garden – Tuesday afternoon between 1 – 5pm
