Villa Frankie is a charming three bedroom property, built on two levels, with a South facing private pool and garden. Ideally located in the heart of Vale do Lobo overlooking the 10th fairway of the Ocean Golf course and within easy walking distance to the Vale do Lobo Golf Club House reception where you will find shops, a gym and a spa. The villa also provides easy access to the beautiful beach of Vale do Lobo and ‘The Praca’, which boasts a variety of restaurants, bars and night life. Additionally, the convenience of the nearby supermarket at Vale do Lobo’s main entrance is just a short walk away.

Through the ground floor entrance leads to the open plan fully fitted kitchen, a peninsula breakfast bar with stools and living area with ample sofa seating, a fireplace and a wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV with double patio doors opening onto the garden and pool area. The kitchen is well equipped with doors to the pool/BBQ terrace.

The house has a large terrace with wonderful golf course views. There is an outdoor dining table for al-fresco meals cooked on the gas BBQ, with comfy sofa seating for you to relax and read your favourite book. The swimming pool measures approx. 8m x 5m and has steps entry. It has a manual pool cover and can be heated for a supplemental charge.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, child friendly with baby stair barriers. The villa is set in a quiet part of Vale do Lobo with a pedestrian route to a lagoon and beach access.
