Villa Marian is a unique, traditional style, seven-bedroom villa located in the heart of Quinta do Lago, just a few minutes walk to The Campus or 15 minutes to the lake, beach and golf courses.

The spacious villa is built on a double plot on a quiet cul-de-sac and boasts an all-weather tennis court, a large swimming pool and extensive landscaped gardens. The kidney shaped swimming pool measures 12×6 mts

The entrance hall has 2 steps down into the light and airy lounge area with several seating areas, a flat screen cable TV and French windows looking out into the garden and swimming pool terrace.

The dining room has a table to seat up to 12 guests and sliding doors to the garden and swimming pool terrace with a covered area perfect for al fresco dining.

The fully fitted kitchen includes an American fridge freezer, a microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and hob. There is a separate laundry room.

Also, on the ground floor there are three double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom and two have terraces. One of the bedrooms is next to the laundry room.

The first floor comprises a master suite with double bedroom, en-suite bathroom and dressing area with private south facing terrace. There are further three twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on this level.

The villa has a Gymnasium and is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and dining room and Wi-Fi internet. Maid service is included from Monday to Friday except on holidays.
