When entering the villa you are welcomed by the modern and elegant lounge area, leading to a bright open-plan kitchen and striking dining room with a wall-to-wall bar area. There is a magnificent outdoor paradise with all you need to enjoy the pool, views and sunshine.

Villa Alice accommodates 6 people with all rooms having ensuite bathrooms. The lovely downstairs twin bedroom and an ensuite with a shower, has a TV and terrace doors leading to the pool and outdoor area, to enjoy the serene surroundings.

The upstairs has a beautifully elegant bedroom with a double bed, the ensuite with a shower, and opens up to the outdoor terrace. The sophisticated master bedroom with walk-through closet leading to the ensuite bathroom which has a bathtub and luxurious walk-in shower. When you open the terrace doors you are welcomed by the amazing views of the Pinheiros Altos Golf Course and beautiful surrounding landscape.
