The fully equipped stylish white kitchen seamlessly connects to the dining area, offering space for 8 people, which in turn leads to the dual aspect living room with air conditioning and a fireplace. There is also an outdoor kitchen featuring a large gas BBQ, a food preparation area, and two drinks refrigerators.

The bedrooms are located upstairs and are decorated in white and neutral tones to continue the luxurious feel of the villa. All bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning, fitted wardrobes, dressing tables and en-suite bathrooms with heated towel rails. The large dual aspect master suite has a king-size bed, en-suite shower room, 40-inch TV with Lazer TV and features a private balcony with seating and a staircase giving access to the pool area. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be made up as a large double and a Juliet balcony. The bathroom has two basins and a spacious walk in shower. The third bedroom also has twin beds/large double, a Juliet balcony and en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower over.

There is a laundry room at roof level equipped with a Miele washing machine and dryer and a roof terrace to dry laundry outside. There is a bonus room providing the possibility to have an additional twin / double including a bathroom with shower. From the roof terrace you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and a panoramic view of the development.
