The grounds are beautifully maintained and the property is fenced for complete privacy and security. Ideally situated within walking distance of the Ria Formosa nature reserve, and a lovely beach which has several high-end restaurants to choose from. Villa Marian is also within a short drive from a host of attractions- offers everything you will need for a 5* luxury Algarve holiday.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor there is large living area with a large flat screen T.V. for the entire group to enjoy. Open floor plan dining room and kitchen leading to outside living area. Modern dining table which accommodates ten people. There is a large modern fully-fitted and equipped kitchen with sitting area. Appliances include an American fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Boch espresso & coffee maker, microwave, and gas hobs. On the ground floor you will find three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one with two double beds. The doubles have televisions, en suite bathrooms, built in Wardrobes and double doors leading to terrace. The third bedroom has three twin size beds and adjacent ½ bathroom.

First Floor

On the First Floor you will fine the master suite with King size bed, en suite bathroom, large dressing room with built in Wardrobes, TV, double doors leading to private terrace.
