The villa features a 2 twin bedrooms and 2 double bedrooms, with 2 of the bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Enjoy scenic views of the Golf course from the pool and garden area, with a large lawn area. The villa boasts a fully fitted kitchen, abundant natural light, and a distinctive personality, making it an ideal retreat for a tranquil and luxurious stay in the stunning Algarve region.

Accommodation description:
Bedrooms: The villa has 4 bedrooms.
On the first floor you will find the master bedroom – with king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Opening onto a large terrace with amazing views to the golf course. On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom.

Bedroom 2 – with 2 single beds, with en-suite bathroom with shower, opens up to pool terrace.
Bedroom 3 – with 2 single beds, shares a bathroom, with bedroom number 4 (bath and shower)
Bedroom 4 – with 1 Double bed, shares a bathroom with bedroom number 3 (bath and shower)

Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and fully equipped for up to eight guests.

Utility Room: Includes washing machine, Iron, ironing board and clothes hanger.

Living Areas: The spacious and comfortable open plan living and dining room lead off from the kitchen areas and entrance hall. Living room doors leads to a large patio and pool terrace with stunning views to the golf course. Cable TV with English channels.

Outside:
Delightful pool area with gas BBQ, and uncovered terrace area with sun loungers. Dining table and chairs . Large perfectly maintained garden.

All linen and towels including separate beach and pool towels are provided and changed once per week or more frequently upon request and extra cost if wished. Maid service is included two times per week.

Air Conditioning, only in 3 of the bedrooms. The other bedroom has a ceiling fan (bedroom 2)
