BEDROOMS:

The upper floor consists of one large master suite with an en-suite bathroom and a study. The master bedroom boasts floor to ceiling glass sliding doors which provide stunning views over the swimming pool, gardens and the Ria Formosa & beach beyond. The en-suite is equipped with dual sinks & a separate bath & shower. There is also a large walk in wardrobe.

The ground floor holds 3 en-suite bedrooms. They are all equipped with double beds (can be converted to twins)

The final bedroom can be found in the basement and is part of the annex which has a small kitchenette, TV room with a sofa bed and en-suite bathroom.
