The villa features a large swimming pool, landscaped gardens, and wonderful outdoor living spaces, including an outdoor dining terrace and comfortable lounge area — ideal for relaxing, reading, or enjoying long summer evenings.

Inside, the bright living room opens directly onto the pool terraces through sliding doors and includes a smart TV with English channels and access to Netflix (own login). The adjacent dining room seats six and also opens onto the terrace. The fully fitted kitchen includes an American-style fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and a breakfast island. A gas BBQ is located just outside the kitchen for easy outdoor dining.

Accommodation includes 3 ensuite double bedrooms.
The villa is fully fenced and within walking distance of Pure Café, Quinta Shopping, and Buganvilia Plaza, all reached via pleasant nature walks.

FIRST FLOOR

Master Bedroom With ensuite bathroom– double bed, with fitted wardrobes, with en-suite full bathroom with bathtub, with double vanities and heated towel rail and a walk-in shower. Flat screen Smart Tv (please bring your own login credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon etc..). Patio doors lead to a balcony with views to the golf and lovely garden and pool.

GROUND FLOOR

Bedroom 1 – Double room with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2 – Double bed, with en-suite shower room. Flat screen smart Tv with Lazer channels. Fitted wardrobes, safe and air conditioning. Double doors open to poolside terrace.

Office – There is also a separate office that can be used as a workspace or fitted with a fold-out bed for an extra guest, plus a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.
Kitchen – The fully fitted kitchen includes an American-style fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and a breakfast island. Fully equipped for up to 6 guests

Living Areas – The generous living area boasts comfortable sofas and a flat screen smart TV, providing a perfect space for relaxation and entertainment. Adjacent to the lounge is the dining room, with dining table that seats six, making it perfect for family meals or gatherings. Double patio doors open from the lounge directly onto the poolside terrace.

Utility Room – Includes washing and tumble dryer machines. Iron, ironing board and clothes hanger. Patio does open to a small courtyard with a table and to chairs, where you can enjoy the quietude.

OUTDOOR

Delightful pool area with swimming pool (approximately 11m x 5m) with steps for easy entry, Broil King gas BBQ, covered and uncovered terrace area with 6 sun loungers’ spaces. Dining table and chairs to seat 6, perfect for al fresco dining, plus very pleasant sofa area to chill in the peaceful surroundings. Surrounded with edge for privacy.

CLEANING / TOWELS / LINEN / MAID SERVICE

All linen and towels, including pool towels are provided and changed once per week or more frequently upon request and extra Cost if wished. Maid service is included twice per week. Changeover day is on Thursdays.
