Decorated to a high standard throughout, the property is spacious and light, with freshly painted cream walls, tiled floors and several patio doors to let in the sunshine. This villa is very homely and with all bedrooms on the ground floor, this makes it the perfect family getaway.

The main living area has a TV and a feature fireplace, as well as patio doors to bring the outdoors in. This room leads through to the formal dining area, which in turn a leads through to the large family kitchen, which includes a breakfast bar and modern high spec accessories. There is a comfortable seating area off the kitchen, making it a lovely spot to enjoy a drink or chill out after a day in the sunshine.

The five bedrooms are all double or twin/ double with ensuite and their simple elegant furnishings to guarantee a comfortable nights sleep.

Outside, a large and perfectly manicured lawn sits alongside the long pool (12 x 6 metres and heatable for a charge), which is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers as well as overlooked by a lovely covered terrace and a dining area with BBQ. Overlooking the golf course, you can while away the hours in one of the many places to relax.
