A separate utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and additional fridge freezer.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor of Casa Lourenco , one can be prepared as a double or a twin with an ensuite bath and shower room and has access to the swimming pool area.  The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and a separate private shower room. Upstairs on the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms (with ensuite bathrooms) including the unbelievable and impressively large master bedroom which has two separate dressing areas, a large ensuite bathroom with a bath and magnificent views over the pool area and towards San Lorenzo golf course.

Outside there are plenty of shaded terraces (with electric awnings) including a gas BBQ area, which is ideal to make the most of the fantastic Algarve weather. The large pool allows for plenty of swimming space and is combined with a heated jacuzzi and a water slide to a lower pool area.
