Villa Ammie is a stylish and immaculate home which is both bright and incredibly spacious, providing a fusion of warm and timeless interior design as well as attractive contemporary pieces. The captivating, open plan living room is complemented by a less formal family snug complete with an inviting open fireplace, while an adjacent dining room leads into the impressive designer kitchen.
Two-bedroom suites are on the ground level as well as covered outdoor seating and living areas. On the first floor of the Villa is located the spacious master bedroom suite which leads out onto the sunny terrace overlooking the beautiful gardens, also located on the first floor is the 4th spacious bedroom suite with double bed. Located on the lower floor one can find the 5th bedroom with a double bed.
Outside, there is a large pool (approx. 10 x 5 metres) and the grounds are private and serene, offering an abundance of space with which to relax and enjoy the glorious Algarvian sunshine. Without a doubt, this attractive and luxurious villa is the perfect tranquil holiday getaway.

The Location
Quinta do Lago
The Area:Close to historical Loule and near to Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago, Dunas Douradas, Quarteira and Vilamoura. All within a 5 to 10-minute drive. Loule, which is 5 minutes away, is a fabulous town offering a good selection of local shops, restaurants and bars, plus the must-see market. The market is open every morning with Saturday being the main day. The town has lots to see if you like a bit of sightseeing with its historical architecture and castle too. 5 to 10 minutes away you have the famous ‘Praca’, meaning square in Portuguese. Here you will find some fantastic restaurants/bars, a stunning white sandy beach, evening entertainment for the whole family to enjoy during the summer, with live music, crazy golf, beach watersports and a kids club too. Also within 10 minutes is Quinta do Lago where there are lots of fine dining restaurants and golden sandy beaches hosting some fantastic beach bars/restaurants. Enjoy a bike ride along the Quinta do Lago lake and onto the Ria Formosa salt plains whilst taking in the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Also by the lake, you will find the very popular bar/restaurant ‘The Shack’ where you can spend the afternoon drinking cocktails and/or get on with some exciting Watersports on the lake, then simply relax on the man-made beach by The Shack. Spend a relaxing day on the beach at ‘Praia de Garrao and Prais Ancao’ where you are certain to be among the jet-set soaking up the sun on this fabulous sandy beach! During the summer enjoy one of the famous ‘Picnics in the Park’ by Koko lane on the Clubhouse green where you are treated to live music and entertainment whilst having a traditional picnic. If you are the sporty type you will be impressed by the recently constructed complex called ‘The Campus’ where you can play numerous sports including tennis, football, swimming, padel or maybe use the Gym. And of course, there is also Quarteira and Vilamoura. Quarteira with its promenade has some lovely traditional restaurants and Vilamoura with its vibrant marina where there are lots of bars and restaurants to chose from. Visit the fabulous beach and restaurants in Dunas Douradas including Xenia and the ever-popular Marias, Julias and Izzys to name a few.
Activities close by include tennis, crazy golf, golf, Watersports (sea and lake), horse riding, go-carting and Jeep safaris.
There are many supermarkets/shops in Almancil, however for ease why not use the English supermarket online delivery service instead!
