Clients are greeted to a modern entrance hall with a staircase leading up to the first floor and into the comfortable
lounge area. There are two bedrooms located on the first floor, both double bedrooms & ensuite. On the ground
floor you have also two ensuite bedrooms, one double and one twin. The Villa is beautifully decorated throughout.

There is a spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining room. In the living room you can enjoy a lovely lounge area in front of the fireplace, having its own separate TV snug area. The lower level of the property has an ensuite twin bedroom, which has natural light and access to the pool area.

Outside of the property at the back of the property is private and features a large swimming pool, sun loungers for 12, a large outdoor seating area & gas BBQ.
