The gated stairs lead up to the first floor where the rest of the bedrooms are. One twin bedroom, with a TV and a private terrace looking over the pool, a dressing area and a bathroom with walk-in shower and bath. Another twin bedroom also with an en-suite bathroom. The master suite has a king size bed, a terrace with views over the pool area and gold course and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a large oval bathtub and two sinks.

The basement has a cinema and games room with sound system and a video projector, a bar, pool table and Subbuteo. There is also a gym area with equipment such as a rowing machine and cross trainer.

The outside area has a large pool (approx. 14x5m) Up a couple of steps there is a covered dining area with a built-in barbeque and sink for easy washing up. Just opposite the villa and pool there is a small lawn area with a lovely waterfall feature. There is plenty of seating areas and sun lounging areas on the terraces and in the garden with high quality outdoor furniture.

On the side of the villa is a little putting green. The front of the property has a big driveway providing plenty of room for parking and a basketball net just over the garage door. The games room and outside terraces have a Sonos music system installed.
