A truly fabulous, very exclusive and private traditional Portuguese Quinta house. Set in a
6.000m2 area of landscaped gardens with swimming pool + jacuzzi + fish pond at the
back. The property is all fenced with a 2.50m high wall and has electric gates for access.
The location is just off Quinta do Lago Estate and a few minutes drive to the Quinta do
Lago beach on a very safe area just around the corner of IBC security office.

The property comprises 6 large bedrooms all en-suite, large kitchen with breakfast area
and a centre island, Basement annex with bed, small kitchenette, shower room and TV.

The property is equipped with Lazer cable TV + Air conditioning throughout + Ceiling
fans in all bedrooms + Wifi.

You enter the property in to a very large Hall way where you can find a lift for access to
basement or 1st floor. The hall opens up onto the large living area and dining room with
doors onto the exterior terrace with wonderful views over pool area and a lovely exterior large sofa area.

There are terraces along the villa with a fully equipped exterior kitchen and dining table
for 12 people + another area with an extra table for 6 people.

In the living areas there is a spacious and comfortable lounge and dining room. Doors with access to the beautiful terrace with sofas and pool. Lazer cable TV with English channels.

Outside there are very pleasant sofa areas with comfortable seating and sun loungers for your relaxation. The lake style swimming pool has a shallow end all around with the deep end in the middle. The pool is approx. 20 meters length x 8 meters wide. Here you will also find a Jacuzzi with sofa area + WC.

Beautiful and traditional kitchen with centre island. Includes a large fridge/freezer,
oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juice
machine, blenders and fully equipped for up to 14 guests. Breakfast Table for 6 people.

Equipped with large fridge, Gas Barbecue, oven, dishwasher + Dining Table for 12
people overlooking pool area and landscaped garden.

Please note that the fire pits are no longer in use.

Bedroom 1 – Can be made up as 2 single beds or a double bed it has en-suite bathroom
with bath + shower and direct access to the outside terrace. Also equipped with aircon
and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2 – Can be made up as 2 single beds or a double bed it has en-suite bathroom
with shower. The room has access to the back outside terrace. Also equipped with
aircon and ceiling fan.

Master bedroom – This room has a king size bed. It has en-suite bathroom with bath + shower and private WC. The room has access to the 1st floor terrace with sunbeds and access stairs to the pool and terraces on the ground floor. There is a small sitting area and a TV with Lazer cable channels. Also equipped with aircon and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 4 – Can be made up as 2 single beds or a double bed it has en-suite bathroom
with shower. Also equipped with aircon and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 5 – Can be made up as 2 single beds or a double bed it has en-suite bathroom
with shower. Also equipped with aircon and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 6 – Can be made up as 2 single beds or a double bed it has en-suite bathroom
with bath. The room has access to the 1st floor terrace with sunbeds and access stairs
to the pool and terraces. Also equipped with aircon and ceiling fan.
